Manjory Saran Bio (LinkedIn)
I am a senior backend and platform engineer with more than 13 years of experience designing, building, and operating large-scale distributed systems and cloud-native infrastructure. I started my career in Bangalore at Accenture and Capgemini, working on financial data pipelines and internal automation platforms, and went on to build high-scale backend systems at Amazon, VMware, Proscore Technology, and Walmart Global Tech. At Amazon, I owned the fix for a chronic stability problem in a critical-tier HR data platform, cutting query failures by about 80% and ending recurring SEV2 incidents. At VMware, I proposed and built the Salt Agent microservice, which opened up customer integration scenarios that had been blocked. At Proscore Technology, I led backend engineering on an LLM-powered data extraction platform and delivered a 3x throughput improvement. My strengths sit where architecture, reliability, and people meet, in system design that holds up under production load, observability that gives on-call engineers clear signals, and hands-on mentoring of the engineers I work with. I hold a Master's degree in Industrial Systems and Machine Learning from San Jose State University and a B.Tech in Electronics Engineering from IERT Allahabad. Today, my focus is on workflow-orchestrated control planes for enterprise data migration and the platform teams that build and run them.
